My name is Lisa, I am a qualified trauma-informed Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Astrologer, and Nutritional Therapist specialising in Holistic Nutrition. 

I am here to do what I love the most; to watch people grow and evolve into their full potential.

When we experience pain and trauma throughout our life, we can become conditioned to a default system that we believe will keep us safe, we do not flourish in becoming who we truly authentically are, only mirrored version of what we were shown to be, limiting our true potential.

When we are not whole within ourselves there will always be something that feels missing.
